Tiago started “doing lights” at 11 years old, running a remote focus unit to program cyc colors for modern dance shows. Free child labor under modern capitalism didn’t impress him much, so he quickly figured out that he could get paid for his skills.

Theater, professional AV, event production, live music, and production design quickly followed. He found himself at home behind a console, programming for galas, corporate events, concerts, and dance. He sought every opportunity to expand his knowledge, and found passion in the intersection of technology and art.

Currently, he is exploring the concept of balance. Work/life, symmetry, mountain biking, and expectations have all come under his lens.

He programs on MA3 and Hog4, plots on Vectorworks, drives old german cars, and enjoys sailing and islands. Not in that order.
